SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

Its imperative that all residents, visitors and workers read the Victoria Point Induction document accessed via the INDUCTION tag and have read the  Residents Emergency Information Document accessed via the EMERGENCY tag on this Web site or downloaded by clicking on Residents Emergency Information_IFP_Issue 1_August_2014

Site Navigation:

1. Resident Services – Please choose the service from the drop down list and follow the prompts

  • Lift Bookings – If you are moving in or out or just moving heavy items book the lift
  • Parcel Registration – If you intend to have parcels delivered make sure you register first
  • Resident Registration – If you want to access Concierge services you will need to register your details
  • Purchase Keys, Fobs & car park stickers – Fill out the form if you want to purchase a key, fob or car park sticker
  • Parcel Services – You can check to see if you have a parcel
  • Service & Maintenance  – Fill out the form for all maintenance and service enquiries
  • Apartment Improvements – Things to consider before carrying out Apartment improvements
  • Complaints & Compliments – Register your complaints or better still compliments here
  • Bicycle Registration – Please register your bike if you are using the bicycle rack

2. Contractor Services – For all Companies and Contractors who wish to do business or work at Victoria Point – Choose the service from the drop down list and follow the prompts

3. Induction – Everyone who lives or works at Victoria Point needs to read the Induction Document. All Contractors and Service Providers need to complete the on-line induction before coming to site.

4. Emergency – It mandatory that everyone who lives, visits or works at Victoria Point reads the Resident Emergency Information Document – see link above under Special Instructions.

5. OC – OC Business Only

6. Away – When you go away on holidays or business for extended periods let the Concierge know by filling out the form

7. Feedback – if you would like to give your feedback on any subject to do with running the building fill out the form

8. Hazard – Any hazard, incident or accident must be reported by residents, contractors or employees by filling out Form Part A. Form Part B will be filled out by the Building Manager or Contractor Manager highlighting preventive measures taken
